Behavioral Assessments
For 18 years, Lynne has been leading teams as an Insights® Discovery Practitioner. Each person will start with an assessment that results in a Discovery profile. This profile helps teams and individuals improve performance, communication, sales skills, and overall relationships. There are many good assessment programs available, but how do you put it to work? Team Building & Team Effectiveness
Sometimes having the right people isn’t enough. Teams are inevitably comprised of different personalities and work styles which can cause conflict. While conflict can be good and is often necessary, understanding how to make the most of team dynamics builds a stronger workplace. Formal team building with an external and objective party (that’s us) can provide teams with the skills, awareness, and abilities to best work together.
Team effectiveness may work a little differently as it’s structured as an ongoing process that accelerates the effectiveness of the team working together. Different from a short team building exercise, building team effectiveness takes time to instill the new practices.
